The nursing staff responds to health questions regarding from "What disease do I have?" to "What shots do I need for my trip around the world?" They provide specific child and adult immunizations, family planning services, pregnancy testing and counseling, sexually transmitted disease testing and counseling, HIV testing and counseling, Ryan White Services, TB testing and medications and follow-up visits for high-risk newborns. Services are offered from department offices in Kingman, Lake Havasu City and Bullhead City. The nursing program also coordinates the Maternal Child Health Advisory Council, helping to integrate and coordinate health services throughout the County.
