This office prepares to respond to incidents of Bio-terrorism, infectious disease outbreaks, or other public health threats or emergencies. We assure the Mohave County infectious disease surveillance system operates effectively on a 24 hours per day, 7 days per week basis, and participates efficiently in statewide electronic disease surveillance programs and activities. We have established and continue to promote working relationships with hospitals, physicians, veterinarians, emergency service, and clinical service providers to ensure timely and accurate reporting in the event of a natural or intentional biologic event, disease outbreak, or other public health emergency. Our office is in Kingman.
- Mohave County Volunteer Response Team
The Volunteer Response Team is coordinated with the Office of Emergency and Bio-Defense Program. Volunteers may be called upon during any type of emergency in the Mohave County Area. We are continuously accepting applications of interest and have a variety of positions available to include both medical and non medical. Visit
