Mohave County Community Development, overseen by department head Susie Parel-Duranceau, has two divisions--the Community Services Division, managed by Dave Wolf, and the Workforce Development Division, managed by Jen Miles.

Mohave County Community Development Department operates Community Development Centers in Kingman, Bullhead City and Lake Havasu City. Both divisions, Community Services and Workforce Development offer services at all three sites.

Community Services Division services include the Volunteer Bureau, the Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG), and the Housing Authority (MCHA).

Workforce Development Division includes a comprehensive One Stop Resource Center for job seekers and employers at 201 N. 4th Street on the corner of 4th and Beale Streets (phone number 753-0723). Satellite offices are located in Bullhead City at 1175 Hancock, across the street from the library (phone number 758-0702), and in Lake Havasu City, at 2001 College Drive within the county building (phone number 453-0710).
