Office of Management and Budget
Mission:
The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) mission is to provide management, economic and
operational performance analysis, business planning and strategic consultation to the
Board of Supervisors, Elected Officials, County Manager and Department Heads. Major emphasis
is on areas such as budget management and analysis, strategic planning,
mandated services reviews, cost/benefit analysis, internal reviews and audits, performance
measurement systems, and process analysis and improvement.
