What's in Your Juice: Learn about risks associated with an excessive intake of juice in your child's diet.  You will also recognize the difference between 100% fruit juices and other juices.
5-a-day: Learn how to incorporate at least 5 fruits and vegetables in your daily diet.  Also, recognize vitamins in these foods.
